Miles Knotek

Miles is an avid outdoorsperson, garage tinkerer, and house project aficionado based in Anchorage, Alaska. Growing up in the small town of Moose Pass, Alaska, Miles was exposed at an early age to DIY projects and the fix-it-yourself attitude necessary for life lived 100 miles from the nearest hardware store. From working on small engines to investigating the latest tech gadget, to diving into home improvement projects, Miles has a wide range of experience working on a variety of home and tech projects. He brings a methodical process to his product testing and a discerning eye to his analysis to bring the most comprehensive and well-thought-out reviews possible. When not working on his latest project, Miles can be found outdoors with either running shoes or backcountry skis on his feet.
