Buck Yedor

Growing up in Colorado and then moving to Southern California, Buck attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where he studied environmental science and city planning. While in school he honed his ability to create and execute thoughtful research experiments and critically reflect upon the world around him. After graduation, Buck spent some time working in commercial kitchens before moving to Yosemite National Park and going to work for Yosemite Search and Rescue. Both of those environments exposed him to a wide variety of interesting gadgets and technology.

After he tired of living outside, he spent five years living in the Bay Area, where he managed the route setting program for a chain of climbing gyms. Essentially half a construction job and half an office job, he was responsible for researching the newest technologies and innovations to bring to his team. These days when he's not investigating and testing the latest tech you can find him out in the mountains or whipping up something tasty in the kitchen.
