Hayley Thomas traveled the world from a young age and has continued to do so into her adulthood. Growing up in places like South East Asia, The Netherlands, and across the United States has given her a unique perspective on life. She now travels wherever she can in her van, from small-town climbing destinations like Slade, Kentucky to art capitals like New York.
Hayley loves splitting her time between the quiet outdoors and the busy city, and her passions spread just as far and wide as she does. As far as outdoor activities, she is a waterbaby at heart, loves to inline skate with her pup, do acro yoga, ride bikes and above all else, she is a climber. When she finds herself in more populated areas, Hayley enjoys expanding her food and drink knowledge by thoroughly testing out the local restaurant and cocktail bar scene. She spends her time in coffee shops designing tattoos on pen and paper, loves to write, enjoys fashion, and studied cosmetology at Aveda. She has had a knack for photography since days in the darkroom as a child with her photographer mother. She and her Mark IV 5D, named Shannon the Canon, don't spend much time apart. A close second, as far as inanimate travel companions go, is her guitar.
Hayley brings an open mind and critical eye to her role as a tester for TechGearLab. Her worldly experience helps give a fresh perspective and she never shies away from a new experience.
