Our Analysis and Test Results
Likes
Ride comfort is where this scooter really shines. The dual suspension setup smooths out bumps effectively, and the knobby tires provide solid traction in a variety of conditions.
The range of the NAVEE GT3 Pro doesn't disappoint. At 25.2 miles of range, it is good for most commuters, although it will slow on hills, and we wish it could eek out just a little more top end speed to its respectable maximum of 19.5 mph.
Dislikes
The handlebars don't feel as stable as we'd like, which can be a bit unnerving at higher speeds or on rough terrain.
The scooter is also on the heavier side, making it difficult to lift into typical car trunks or tight storage spaces.
It is quick but not fast, especially when tasked with a steep grade, but it will get the job done nearly as well as similarly priced models.
Should You Buy The NAVEE GT3 Pro?
Although we generally liked the NAVEE GT3 Pro and do feel that it is a solid scooter, a similarly priced alternative offers stronger hill-climbing power, higher max speeds, the same level of ride comfort, and similar range, so we leaned toward that model.
What Other Electric Scooters Should You Consider?
The NIU KQi 300X provides stronger hill-climbing power and a higher top-end speed, on an equally comfortable ride, and is slightly cheaper. Although its range is slightly smaller than the range of the NAVEE GT3 Pro, it is the better option in this price range.
